Depending on the collective agreement you work under, Step 2 and Step 3 grievances are
completed by either the Local Chairperson or Regional Representative of the Union.
Please ensure you are specific in detailing the nature of your grievance,
and be sure to include applicable dates when the grievance happened.
If you are using the electronic grievance form, all information and submissions are kept strictly
confidential. Your Local Chairperson will be forwarded a copy of your electronic grievance.
The Union will submit your grievance to the employer.
If you are submitting your grievance manually, you are responsible for submitting your
completed grievance to the appropriate supervisor who handles Step 1 Grievances.
When submitting manually, be sure to forward a copy to your Local Chairperson.
