| CAW VIA Rail Bargaining Committee In July 2007, the CAW completed successful negotiations with VIA Rail Canada on new three year collective agreements for Agreements No.1 and No. 2 (CAW Council 4000) and Agreement No. 3 (CAW Local 100).
