| On this page, you can access and print copies of CAW Grievance Forms for submission of a Step 1 grievance to your employer. Please refer to your applicable collective agreement for specific time limits you must honour and any applicable procedural rules. Choose one of the two options below for printing, clicking on either HTML or PDF under your Local Union heading. Using the PDF version will allow you to save a copy on your home computer in addition to printing a copy for submission to your employer. Your employer should respond to you directly and YOU are responsible for following up with your Local Chairperson or Shop Steward to advance the matter further in the event your grievance is declined at Step 1 of the grievance procedure. |
