This is a Step 1 Grievance Form to be completed by members.
Depending on the collective agreement you work under, Step 2 and Step 3 grievances are
completed by either the Local Chairperson or Regional Representative of the Union.

You must complete all fields below or you will not be able to email the grievance form.
All information and submissions are kept strictly confidential.  Your Local Chairperson will be
forwarded a copy of this grievance a short time following your email submission.

Please ensure you are specific in detailing the nature of your grievance, and be sure
to include applicable dates when the grievance happened.

CAW members of Local 4001 employed at CN and Savage Alberta Railway only!
