CNTL Bargaining Survey

As CAW Council 4000 members at CNTL are aware, we are into the last year of our collective agreement, which expires at 23:59
Local Time December 31, 2010. In preparing for bargaining we have prepared and distributed surveys to allow members the
opportunity to provide their feedback. What specific provisions need improvement; what new items would you like to see in a new
contract, and what are your overall priorities?
There are two ways in completing the questionnaire: You may print a paper copy and fax it to the number shown on the survey, or,
