Anti-scab Legislation - Your MP needs your help!

Parliament once again must debate and decide on anti-scab legislation.  Bloc Québécois MP Roger Clavet is sponsoring Bill
that would prohibit scabs where the federal laws apply, such as companies like CN.  Before it goes to detailed debate in
Committee stages, MP's must vote on the Bill in second reading.  Right now, this vote is scheduled to occur on April 7th, 2005.

Labour legislation should treat workers and employers fairly in the event of a strike or lock-out. Both sides must pay an economic
consequence in such situations.

Tell your MP to vote in favour of this bill.  Click on the link below to the Canadian Labour Congress anti-scab and send a fax to
your MP.  Your fax will help your MP decide how to vote.

When you finish, contact as many friends as you can and ask them to do the same.
